Every single holiday, a dick in a box

posted by matt | 05.14.08 | permalink |

Since I posted about Lazy Sunday, there’s been some debate between Jamie and I about whether or not Saturday Night Live has had an SNL Digital Short better than Lazy Sunday. I have to say, I think that Justin Timberlake and Andy Samberg’s Dick In A Box might actually trump Lazy Sunday as the funniest SNL Digital Short ever.

One: Cut a whole in a box

Two: Put your junk in that box

Three: Make her open the box

And that’s the way you do it.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. I never said there hasn’t been a digital short better than Lazy Sunday. I said that SNL’s digital shorts have been lacking LATELY. Last week’s was awful. The Lazy Sunday/Chuck Norris/Dick in a Box days were classic. But they just haven’t been as good lately. Maybe they’re trying too hard or they’re losing their mojo or something.

Forgive me, I mistook your ‘lately’. Now everyone in the blogosphere will think you are a liar… and that I like to use the word blogosphere. Really I just wanted a reason to post dick in a box.

    That’s what she said.

I just wish that hadn’t been your gift to me last Christmas. Not that I didn’t appreciate it, but…
